T3 logo displayed size incorrect

I'm starting from a T3 blank template and added a logo via the GUI.
The problem is that only 80% of the logo in height shows. It appears that the rest is beneath the nav bar, but even trying to adjust the height of the header through custom.css, I still cannot get the logo to display correct.

Any suggestions?

Add this code in custom.css file and increase the height value

.logo-image {
    height: 50px;
}

I tried this already a number of times without succes. Today I tried it again, and now suddenly it works....
