Location of position not visible on the layouts of the template

Hi, I am using the template JA Resume, and I don't understand where the positions contact-1 and contact-2 are coming from. When I try to use it, it doesn't appear on my website. (it is local for the moment).
I tried using the documentation here : https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/ja-resume#pages-config
But it is only saying to put these positions, and there some mix in the steps and images.

JA Resume is a paid Joomla template and required an Active JA template membership for download and support.
I can not see any active membership on your account.
Kindly repost the topic on JA Resume forum with your membership account that you used to download this template.
