Pphx Hi Please check your server support FFMPEG (latest FFMPEG installed) and you need to define the installed FFMPEG absolute path on video settings. When you upload a video on JomSoical it goes to your server, for the conversion by FFMPEG If FFMPEG is not working you will see the error video not converted : https://documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Uploading_Video

Pphx Hi Yes It will appear pending till your server not convert video by FFMPEG. Kindly follow my suggestion in last post to use video upload from local PC. FFMPEG must be supported on server to convert the local videos.

Pphx Hi The latest version is 4.3.1 here is official FFMPEG : https://ffmpeg.org/download.html It should be installed a PHP module on server.
