How can I use target='_blank' for all external links ?

Hi there,
we are using JA Helple Template and would like to see that all links to external pages are on new tabs / pages.
Where can we add globally the target="_blank" ?

Just an example: When I use Featured Events via JoomlArt Advanced Custom Module (Features Intro : style-2),
there is a button link to external page. I can only add the external URL but there is no option to set a target.

I tried to use the a href option in the button link field as follows, but this is not working:
<a href="https://2020.freiburg.de/pb/1373810.html" target="_blank">Freiburg 2020</a>

It requires another htaccess login to backend of your site, you can open this file:

/templates/ja_helple/acm/slideshow/tmpl/style-owl.php

Look for the a tag and add target="_blank" to it

thanks for the support.....this helped to fix the issue with slideshow links and all other ACM modules.
