Good morning I have a query:
On our site we have a master site and several sites connected to it through a component called MightySites, which allows us to share the user databases and content of the master site, generating that users enter the different sites using the same data. access of the master site.

Additionally we have shared Jomsocial with all the sites so far used only for user registration.
But we still can't get it to share the same folder of images by or that only the master site shows images stored in it.

The question is if I connect Jomsocial to Amazon S3, using the same configuration in all the sites they could share the folder of images for jomsocial in S3?

And completing the question a few days ago, an email came offering a new Custom Web Development Service, could you do that integration with Amazon S3 and achieve what we are looking for?

    Hi
JomSocial work when you make it for single DB and each image record goes in DB tables. With AWS first the image will be uploaded to your server and when cron Job will run it goes to AWS. I am not sure about multisites of same DB or what changes on your site as its not common and need testing first. You can make a bucket on AWS and configure it JomSocial use the same Settings to give it a try.

Custom Web developer is a new service handled by different dedicated team you can check the request here : https://www.joomlart.com/service/joomla-website-development-service
