Ad Agency Loading Time (FOREVER)

The backend loading time takes forever (3 minutes) to load.
When we first installed this extension, the loading time was immediate.
Next day it was not.
Is our backend connected to iJoomla?
Is the extension connected to your server?
How do we solve this issue!!!!!
Please advise as soon as possible.
There is also a Download link showing at the top od the backend control panel which is exactly the same version we are using, HOW DO WE REMOVE THIS LINK?
Lots of issue you have to answer my friends.

You still have data belonging to you on our "STAND-ALONE" extension we bought from you. remove it immediately.
If this is what we think it is, we can contact the police!

You're right. Ads agency does connect to ijoomla website, but just for checking new version or getting news feed.

We're maintaining so may cause slow issue. You can disable it by open file administrator\components\com_adagency\views\adagencydtree\tmpl\default.php

then add return right after starting of function getCurrentVersionData. Like this:

For removing Download link, open the same file above, find string COM_IJOOMLA_AD_AGENCY_DOWNLOAD, you'll know what to do.
