Can not import pages. usint T4 Page builder 1.0.3

when I try to import a page It just hangs, and never loads. I've tried by going directly from the t4 builder and also by using the native joomla article builder with article plugin. Both have same issue. and now with a new issue as of today. When ever I click on pages from within the joomla article version when I click on pages, it just shows the elements panel.

It notices 'Internal Server Error' when importing pages from T4 Page Builder, I guess one of 3rd party extensions on your site blocks this access, could you temporarily disable the extensions like AdminTools / loginguard and see how it goes first?

I've unpublished them both and it's still happening. But now for the pro pages it's saying I have no permission but I am signed in with my ultimate dev account and it shows. And for the free pages it just hangs and never loads the page. the install is still very new and there is a back up so you can make any tweaks you need to see the cause.
