Can't install ja-healthcare-source-files_1.0.0

After uploading that zip to my Joomla 3.8.10 site on Namecheap, all I get is:

Warning:
JInstaller::Install: Can't find XML setup file.
Error
Unable to find install package.

The site seems to upload the entire 9,243KB before throwing that exception...

Got advice to help me, please?

The source file includes graphic files e.g a psd
and a text doc listing the font

The psd files aren't intended to be installed but opened in graphic editor like photoshop

.psd is its native format
