Ja Flix, JomSocial and missing support

I try a time a ago one template from you but I was not satisfied with it so I ask and got the refund, all fine.

Somehow, I really fighting with myself because there is a reason why I wasn’t happy with the template (JA Flix).
• So, I really wonder if the JA Flix will be a 100% Joomla 4 template, without the issues you facing today with it?
• On https://ja-flix.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/main-trailers page the local mp4 videos (not the YouTube ones) there popes up a second scrollbar and not only the video is shown, no the article gets loaded in to it. Are any plans to fix this bug?
• The Jomsocial Notifier can’t be shown on the social-follow-wrap without to break any code and looks terrible?
• With a newer T4 Framework, is Jomsocial not more scrollbar on the page.
Other question I wondering is if Jomsocial will move on to a newer Version with new features and more modern and clean code for Joomla 4?

I can’t buy and build on a project that’s have so much trouble in advance, so I kindly ask if you have ever focus to this issue and are you willing to fixed this all and when?

JA Flix & Jomsocial will both be upgraded to Joomla 4. We cannot go into the details of the upgrade at the moment.
You can raise the details of your issue with our templates to our team to check after you become an active paid member. We won't be able to check further otherwise.

Hello Nic,

thanks for coming back to me. The issues are not a support request it is more a presale question.
On my experiences that io made in the past (as a customer) it is very hard to get support for an issue or bug, so I ask if it is already dealed with this bugs/issues or not – to make a decision to return as a customer or better wait – or look maybe somewhere else.

Its will be fine to know if the template (JAFlix) and component (JomSocial) will use:
Bootstrap 3 or 4?
Service-Containers?
LESS or SASS as Stylesheet?

This are important information for me to decide if i buy it or not.

If there is bug from our products, of course, we will fix it.

JomSocial will be updated to be compatible with Joomla 4 but right now, I can't tell you exactly changes as Joomla 4 is so different from Joomla 3.

JA Flix is built with T4 framework so it will use Bootstrap 4, more info can be found in T4 page here: https://www.joomlart.com/t4-framework pls check it out.
