Help with installation after purchase

I just bought the Pro version of JomSocial and need help with the installation. Where can I get that? I don't find any ticket system?

Ninja OK. I have installed it and tried to add one event and one group. But I get 502 error when editing and I also want to change template to Socialize that I have installed.

Socialize template not change via JomSocial its Joomla template you can open it in template manager to check the settings.
Can you upgrade system requirments to recommended settings https://documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/JomSocial_4.4_System_Requirements
and check the 502 error, its server side error

Ninja What do I need to upgrade in the system requirements? If you have logged in you might see that? Then I can talk with web hosting company.

I want to align all Jomsocialfunctionality to Socialize since there are some sections of the site that does not include JomSocial and should use another template. Maybe you can add a menu item that applies Socialize to JomSocial?

I have sent the link with the requirements to my web hosting company to see if they can do anything. But are there things you can help us with? I am not sure what "help with installation" means. It must be more than uploading the zip-file?

JomSocial already installed on your site fine. You only need to ask the hosting provider to increase the PHP values as recommended here : http://prntscr.com/uozfc3
Your site already has Socialize template installed and default, you can see its working on frontend.

They have now increased the PHP-limit but it is still problem (we get 502). For example if I click on an event in the frontend.

Can you see if there is anything else we can do?

Also can you ask the hosting to provide the error logs as 502 is from server not able to handle the requests.
If you can submit the site FTP details in EDit fields as well Or allow me install an FTP extension to check your JomSocial files. Some servers not able to handle the aws phar files.
