I managed to fix the issue, but I don't know if this was the official and good way to do in fact.
For each language, I copied another template for it, 1 for the Homepage, and 1 for the inside pages. and assign the menu to it.
I remember last time I did site with more than 1 language in JA wasn't that hard!!!
