delete plugins and unused javascript

Can I delete the plugins that I am not using in jomsocial? my site is very big and I really don't need most of them.
Also I am having page speed issues and one of the suggestions is to remove unused javascript this is the largest one …js/bundle.js transfer size129.9 KiB potential savings 52.8 KiB is it okay to delete this file. renaming it does not seem to have any impact.

Do not delete the js files as they are used in the core. About the plugins you can open plugin manager and disable them so their code will not run at all.

My point about the plugins was there are to many files on my server even disabled they take up space 23666.90 / 20000 MB

There is no JomSocial plugin that took this much size, the whole installation package is only around 12MB max.
You need to check which JomSocial plugin you found that much size.
