How to adjust filtered by selection under activity stream

Hi, I don't want my jomsocial members to have access to All Stream posts. Is there anyway I can make that disappear and make it only available to the administrator?

When you post something there is option to set the privacy. Its not based on specific user as its social community platform, You can choose from these options : http://prntscr.com/uqa734
In case you want to send something close you can use Private message.

I just don't want users to receive posts from people they're not friends with, especially from users who spam a lot. I already have a section made on my site for people to interact with others outside of their friends. I see that you did restrict the privacy selection but you also deactivated the activity stream. Are you able to turn the activity stream back on and keep the privacy selection restricted?

There is filter in Jomsocial to allow you see post only from friends.
Open Jomsocial > Configuration> layout
Front-page activity post > set it to user and friends.
Same can be selected from front-end post box filter.

Yeah I saw them and already made adjustments to those setting but the activity stream has been disabled and I can't make any posts. I didn't disable it.
