S5 Theme Options missing under Appearance in backend

With the Shape5 Big_Picture theme installed on my WP site, I am not able to pull up the "S5 Theme Options" in the Appearance section. All I see available is:

themes
customize
widgets
menus
custom CSS

But I do not see "S5 Theme Options" as a sub-menu item under Appearance. I do have the latest Vertex installed:

Big Picture v2.0.1
Vertex v4.1.2

How can I get to the above theme options dialog box? Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Hi jeffj,
At the moment, all the options of the theme inclueded in the Shape 5 Theme menu.

But the problem is that this "Shape 5 Theme" menu item does not appear in my backend at all. It isn't there, even though the Big PIcture theme is the active theme installed.

I have checked your site. In this case, you can try the following solutions.
1/ Disable all the plugins.
2/ Configure on your server to Run the website on the latest version of php.

If you still face their issue, you can send me your FTP account. I will access and fix it.

Quick update...

I moved the site to a new server running php7.4 and the Shape5 settings menu now appears as it should. Thanks!
