Sub-menu won't show

I did a website with JA builder and am using the JA Builder template but my menu will not show my sub-menu. I have been using joomla for quiet some time but not any page builders so i have enabled the submenu in the module main menu and also put in settings for the sub menu on JA Builder. So your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

You can share the credentials of your site eg: URL + Admin account so I can have a look and check for you.

Menu in JA Builder will load a menu module, pls try to assign that menu module on your site to 'position-1' position

and set to show all sub-menu items.

saguaros Thank you soo much for your help. I was able to tell the problem from your screen shot which I had overlooked. If anyone else comes across the same problem it turns out that on the levels you need to specify ALL under END LEVEL. It was 1 originally.
