      I just purchased an active membership. I just purchased the brand new edition of JomSocial and paid a fee to have you all install it.

        Almost a week ago I paid to have a top level ticket created so you all would install the template files for my newly purchased JomSocial. I indicated all the information you requested and it still have not been installed. When do you suppose this will get done. This is now costing me money, so please look into this and tell me something. If you need something from me, tell me, or at least let me know how much longer it will be or just give me bake my money I paid for this service.
        Not that it matters, but i have been using jomSocial for several years now. I have purchased several versions and each one came with this quick install template included. Now you are selling something extra to get what you use to provide. I bit the bullet and paid for you to install this stuff that use to come with your software. When will I get what I Paid for or at least a reply to my open and paid for ticket item on this quick install?

          Look, I am not trying to be unreasonable at all, but I have been asking about this one ticket to set up the default website on my server for over a week and this is the first reply I have received. I can't find a message from anyone asking for anything. Can you please send me the URL so i can finally get this done. Send me a way to get to this so-called-request that I have not received on this site.
