How to remove "Send a copy to yourself" in contact form

Hi guys,

In the contact form how do you remove the "Send a copy to yourself" function? I have been testing the form and every time I click on the "Send a copy to yourself" option the email ends up in my SPAM folder. I don't want this to happen to any potential customer so want to disable it.

Open Contact Menu item >> Mail options >> Send Copy to Submitter >> Hide it.

Thanks Ninja I had done that but in the contacts section and not in the menu section.
