I have the JA_Helpe menu installed and am having problems with the Logo and website name both displaying in the logo section of the website.
In the preview it will show logo only but on the frontend it is showing the logo and website name even though the site name is not in the Logo settings.

I have cleared my browser cache and cache is disabled on the website.
I am still seeing the logo with site name.
I have also checked with Firefox, Microsoft Edge with the same results

It seems cache on your site maybe server side cache,
Go to Joomla cache settings and purged expired cache, I can not see the logo name in any of the browser.

I have
cleared the website cache,
purged the expired cache
ensured that no cache plugins are published
cleared browser cache
and I am still seeing the site name with the logo. It has been 2 days now.
I have just tested on my husbands pc and it shows the logo only.
Not sure what is going on?
