I was hoping I could get through the initial set-up process but there is just too much. I purchased the Quick Start Install package but nothing tells me anything about this service. I don't know when you will do it. I don't know what you need from me if anything and I have no clue what to do from here. Can someone please tell me how this will work and when. I know you are busy, but I am trying to get this site launched. Please let me know if you need anything from me ASAP.

Quickstart install service allow you to get a demo site sample data installed by our team.
You need to open a private ticket for this https://www.joomlart.com/member/helpdesk
And submit the details of the demo site that you want to install with cpanel login and the DB details etc.
Submit a ticket and our team will do followup. Once we get all details it take 24 hours max to install.
