We have problem with home page slider ... loading time is too long bur we have only 1 slide.

You can temporarily disable this slideshow module and test the speed again, then compare with it when module is enabled. It will help to figure out this slideshow is culprit or not.

I tried to compare but the loading time is not much different, it's ~19s with slideshow and ~16s without slideshow.

Firstly, you can backup your site and disable the Development mode in template first and enable the CSS/JS optimization in template.
