Ever since I installed Publisher, the author name, a link to it's email and a black box is showing at the bottom of all my articles. How do I get rid of that?

This is Author profile that you can manage from Publisher > settings > Author and style http://prntscr.com/v3hjv8
To hide is completely add this code in custom.css
.view-article #publisher_container {display:none;}
