I have a Gavick Stora template with the J2Store installed, which, according to the template description, was to be fully supported. Unfortunately, it looks like sorting and searching for products on J2Store » Products List View does not work for me.

Please help me make this work. Thank you.

    I tried to search product from our demo site but it's still working, could you clarify the issue in more details so I can check?

      This is the problem. Searching and filtering works on the demo site, but not on my site. Please see the link I pasted. After sorting, the following parameter appears in the website address: '?search=&sortby=undefined'. Meanwhile, when sorting by price, you should see: '?search=&sortby=min_price'.

        I think there is something wrong with J2Store configuration on your site, I just tried to assign this menu item: https://kskabel.pl/index.php/sport/treningowe to Protostar template - a standard template of Joomla and you can see that it doesn't work either.

        That means the issue comes from J2store component itself, not GK Stora template.

        Could you please contact provider of J2Store for further checking?
