Password reset not working with CAPTCHA - Invisible reCAPTCHA

I've recently switched to Invisible Recaptcha (V3) it appears that the password \ username self reset procedures in the theme don't work. If a user tries to reset their password or retrieve username the form won't complete as it's asking for Captcha to be completed; however this isn't possible as there's no Captcha to complete using the V3 Invisible plugin.

This is when using the default links from the theme in the Login box or footer

If you don't want captcha there, you can disable it in User Options in backend:

Was wondering how I ended up with hundreds of spam posts on my forum this week and how CAPTCHA had turned itself off, now I know...

I need the CAPTCHA turned on and the theme needs to work with it on the password reset page. The fix is sorting out the theme so the reset form works properly, turning off CAPTCHA isn't the answer (!)

Edit: having changed settings to "Use System" on the password reset feature it now seems to be working, this is now resolved.
