php version update issue with 5.6.40 to 7.3

Hi Dear,
Need your support for below issue, i am facing issue when try to update php verison from 5.6.40 to 7.3.

I am using JA_Droid Template.

Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: Could not connect to MySQL.
