I have been purchasing your Social Media platform, JomSocial, since JomSocial 1.8.11. I recently purchased the new version but, because my computer was stolen 3 months ago, I have lost pretty much everything I have purchased from you. I would like to download all my previous version just so I have them on file and most are listed under my old dmartin@madd-talent.com account. I can log into my old account where all my purchased packages are, but the site wants me to purchase a new subscription to have access to them and download all my purchased packages. This is my account, but I now have this new one under www.fatherssuffrage. Is it possible for you to combine these two accounts so I can get access to all my purchased packages or give me access to the old one so I can get this stuff. I am sorry to ask, but if you look, I have purchased almost everything you sell and would like to have all the things I purchased.

    You and the helpdesk both work for the same company. Why would you not just forward this ticket over to them?

      MADD-Talent The helpdesk is private so it's more appropriate to use it for membership / account / billing issues.
