OK, you are unfamiliar with BuildR I think, as it allows you to add modules into rows (see attached screenshots showing you how to do it for future reference).
Adding the module into the row is what caused the problem.
However, I have now got the modules in this search position to work (accidentally) by deleting all the modules in the search position as well as the components, and reinstalling them.
As I had done this several times in the past, I have no idea why this would now work and would not work before, so what can I say? Thank you for looking at it. I cannot tell you how frustrating this has been and why it is almost as frustrating that it has been fixed without any proper explanation.
