JoomlArt Advanced Custom Module tweaking

Dear Support Team,

I`m trying to figure out how to customize JoomlArt Advanced Custom Module.
Type: Features Intro : style-1

If I add more text to the first column, right and left bottons will not change their possition and will overlap text.
Is there any option to extend text area or how to lock buttons position to text size?

Can I level "read more" links in colums 2,3,4? I want them to be in one straight line but not jumping up and down.

Readmore level depend on your content, as you can see there more content in the 2nd row that push the read more down its natural on web.
For navigation arrow add this code in custom.css

.acm-features.style-1 .owl-controls {
    margin-bottom: -18px;
}
