Home page background image does not change

Hi,

On my homepage I am trying to change background image:

Now I go to T4 page builder, edit the home page, go to decorations and add new image home_02.png

Now yo can see under layer 1 the image is there

I now save everything, clear all caches but the home_02.png image does not show

I use t4_blank - Morgan Landing template style

Any suggestions please
