Page Item saving error

Hello,
I am starting to use the T4 Page Buider component, I have only tried to put the image of my logo and immediately I receive an error when I want to save the page: "Page Item saving error".
I have also tried to import templates from the joomlart.com website but they all appear disabled for me. Please help. Thank you.

There is a minor issue with MySQL 5.6 - your site is using this version, it should be working fine now. Kindly check.

Thanks, now I can save my page but I still can't import the templates to my website, a message appears saying that I don't have the permissions to do it, however I have paid for the use of all Joomlart templates. Thank you. saguaros

Hi rembertoguido

As I can see that you're having active JA Pro membership but this membership doesn't include T4 Page Builder, you need to have T4 Page Builder or Developer memberships to import PRO bundles in T4 Page Builder.
