Cache issue: settings lost

Hello,
There is a caching problem with layout styles that have a main layout with a sub-layout.
When I clear the cache, settings (margins, paddings, image-background, ...) are lost.
I didn’t understand if this is a template or framework issue, I'm thinking more of a framework issue.

I created a screencast which illustrates the problem, screencast link is reported in site details section.

Hi Lorenzo,

Thanks for the video but may I know where you customize the margins/paddings,...? and if your site is still in development mode, pls enable the dev mode in global config and try to change again and see how it goes.

... I was not aware of this option in Joomla configuration, anyway it has no impact even if I activate it, the problem is still there...

To be more precise:

“Progetti” style is the main layout.
“SubProgetti” style is the sub-layout.

I tried to add the padding: 4rem 0 for the section-7 but after clearing the cache, it still shows the same padding there:

please watch the screencast again.
If I clear browser cache for sublayout pages, main layout settings are lost. To restore main layout settings I have to clear Joomla cache (with Cache Cleaner by RegularLabs) and then browser cache, but in this case I lose sublayout settings, this is a never-ending process… 🙁

Edit: It seems that now even by simply clearing the browser cache I restore main layout settings (so don't need to use Cache Cleaner by RegularLabs) BUT I still have the loss of sublayout settings
