I have page builder installed and on the home page of the site (JA Builder page). When I make changes in JA editor page and publish it does not appear on the front page when refreshed yet appears in the editor page.
If you need access to the site please let me know.

Kindly share the super admin account of your site and tell me the page of changes you made that don't show on frontend. I will take a look.

It's the home page that has the problem. When I tried to remove the Shop Now button the changes do not appera when published.

It seems that when you edit the page, you doesn't hit the publish button.
when I edit homepage, the first hero block was removed, I must restore from the revisions in JA Builder. I don't see the shop button now.

We are still having the issue with edits not appearing on the front end when made in the back end.

Still not working, when I tried to re-install the latest builder component it is saying 'service unavailable' which I haven't seen before but would suggest the server may be the issue again.
Could you try to clear browser's cache? I still see the edit button on frontend now
