Product options at top of page

On mobile view on the page https://www.cannyco.com/shop/canny-collar, the product options (size, colour, packaging) show at the bottom of the page. Is there a way we can get these to the top of the page, to show underneath the main image please, on mobile view?

I am afraid it could not be change via css as the Layout file of this extension is defined in this way.
In bootstrap the grid will comes first that is in the left. http://prntscr.com/vhpej5
You need to consult with extension provider for its layout customizations. If you made custom layout override in the template kindly check your code as by default the extension may not comes with this type of custom layouts.
