Hello pankj, I am in contact with you to request your help. I installed a simple contact form on my site. The form is displayed only when a user clicks the Contact link included in the footer.
This action previously worked correctly but a few days ago I observed that the form does not send the messages to the support email that is its destination.
The form is a module included in an article and the module has the options of assigning the menu or page items and the position of the module.
My problem is that it only sends me the messages if I assign it the footer or navhelper positions, it is the only way for the form to work and send the messages.
The problem I have found is that the form is displayed on the Profile, Messages pages, on the main wall or Home within the site, and outside before even logging in.
I need to create an override to those pages and not show the form on them.
Could it be a template problem and that I have to assign another position to the module? With the Debug position it doesn't work for me.
Can you offer me a solution?
I inform you that the only change I made to my site recently was removing the index.php from the urls on my site.
Now that I remember, maybe that's the problem? The article link still contains the index.php
I remain awaiting your response, thanks and best regards.
