no more template updates with joomla update system

Hi,

In the past, every time a new template version was released, I had it inside joomla update system.
but now, from I don't know when, I cannot see template updates from joomla update system, I need to go to Joomlart Extension Manager and click manually to see the updates.

Do you know why?

it appears server side issue, I reported the issue to concern team on this.
Meanwhile you can use JAEM and update the template.

I will wait because I have many websites (and the problem is the same for all websites) and I'm using a special tool to deploy updates to avoid connecting one by one.
other problem : when you post a reply on forum ticket, I do not receive email notification. in the past was working. is it normal?

Joomla updates only used to give information about the updates, It will not allow you to update the template directly. JAEM is only option to update the template online or you can download and install the template directly. Let me know with site login details in edit fields if there is any issue with JAEM updates.

the problem is :

previously (since several years) when a new joomlart template update or joomlart extension update was released, I had a notification inside joomla update system
but since some weeks/month I don't have these notification anymore

I already shared it with concern team and i got informed both issues were fixed, that why i asked about the JAEM issue if still there is error.

For email issue i too not getting the notification and i informed concern team on this, Once i have more details i will informed you.

there is NO error on JAEM...works fine from this side, updates are displayed.
the problem is : I cannot see Joomart Updates on joomla update system.

when you say "will be fixed in next update" , about which component/extension you are talking about?

There is no component as its about the template. There is updated files either it will be fixed via server without updating in template or there will be change in next update so it will use another file to show update notifications in Joomla. For now you must update the template to latest version first, as you already using outdated template.
