There is no component as its about the template. There is updated files either it will be fixed via server without updating in template or there will be change in next update so it will use another file to show update notifications in Joomla. For now you must update the template to latest version first, as you already using outdated template.

Ninja Yes of course, the template is outdated, because I had no info inside joomla update system...so ok I will update manually for the moment.

There is some issue with our updating server and we are working to fix it.
The upgrade issue for templates and extensions in JA Extension manager is fixed. Now, we are working to fix the upgrade notification in the Joomla update panel. We will release the update with the Joomla 3.9.26 upgrade.
This week, we will release the first batch.
