Gap between module positions

I disabled some of the sections on the home page, and there's now some gaps...

does anyone know how to remove the decor images & line?
How about this gap?

Hi. Gaps can be padding of other position. If the section position is deleted there will be no gap as no position exist . Can you share the page URL here so I can have a look on it?

There is a GAP my friend. It's there!

We have lost investors now as time has been wasted! I have spent money on a T4 Page Builder but discover I cannot EDIT this theme using the page builder!

I have purchased a THEME which when I try to EDIT there are GAPS and other things going on which I cannot explain. There is a GAP my friend, I can see it on multiple browsers, friends are looking from their computers and see the same... this is VERY frustrating for us as we are loosing money.

I have spent money for what? on a theme I cannot edit and on a page builder which I cannot edit the theme I purchased.

This is VERY annoying!!

I need a simple point click edit facility here... I cannot even edit colours unless I know to add in custom .css which again is a time issue... as changing the colours in the layout editor dosent work!

Is there not a simple way to fix these things?! I removed elements from the front page and there are decorations there causing gaps and a big line in the middle I tried removing the images 'decor_1 and decor_2 etc form the images in FTP and the gaps are still there...

I am loosing faith as we have lost already 1 major investor and our business is loosing money here! money we do not have to loose considering I have already spent money on a theme builder which dosent accomodate me why was I led to believe it can?!

This is not right my friend!! and whats making it worse you are telling me there are NO GAPS and there ARE! and im fighting with you now on a forum to resolve matters over 1 simple issue which is taking me DAYS instead of being able to resolve it in 1hr!

First if you face any issue that you are not able to solve, simply post it on forum with all details.
This is about JA Vital template that is built on T4 framework. My idea of gaps are based on JA Vital as you have not mentioned about T4 builder on first post.
To check the problem on your site, Kindly submit the site login details in Edit fields in first post :

Please check my last reply is about the section/block if its deleted there will be no gap.Further the thread is just opened 5 hours ago i request the site details to check your problem. Once we got the information we are able to check this issue for you.
