I am not sure what you mean with backend? The ftp login details work when I access the backend via cuteftp or ftp via browser. The website can be found when going to /public_html/uat/.

Yes, this one, I can access this login screen but after filling the info (the admin account you provided), it keeps loading and I can't access.

It seems that you're using old version of MySQL 5.5, could you contact your hosting to upgrade it to at least 5.6 version or above?

I have contacted them and they mention that they use Mariadb 10.4 which is similar to mysql 5.7

You could save the page in T4 Builder now, it would be great if you can increase some values for PHP on your server side:

post_max_size
max_input_time
max_execution_time
