Hello, we recently purchased the JA Rent update and after installing it on our test domain the site has broken.
We get the error message: CALL TO UNDEFINED METHOD MODVIKRENTCARSEARCHHELPER::LOADRESTRICTIONS()

It seems that your site is using new version of Vikrentcar, JA Rent template support VikRent Car v.1.13 only, unfortunately.

Could you install this VikRent Car v.1.13 version?

I just upgraded to newer version and I got the same error message...

There are 1,5 years passed.. the newer version of JA Rent is not supporting the latest version of VIK rent car (that came out at November 2021) !?!??!?!?!??!!?!?!

fidi2610 I think the latest version of template supporting the new version of Vikrentcar already, could you submit a new topic and share the login info of your site + clarify the issue in details so we can help?

I just reverted the website from a backup because I couldn't afford any downtime...

If you are saying that the latest version of the "JA RENT" template is compatible with latest VIK rent car, I will take a better look at it and will come back to you to inform you.

fidi2610 You can clone your site to a local / staging site to test the latest version, if there is still error, let us know 🙂

Yes, that is what I am going to do in the first opportunity i have and i will let you know (it was strange because the VIK verion we are using is only the one before the last one.. I thought that it was going to work with little problems...)
