I love the new polls feature, but I am trying to add a page to the Main menu that visitors and guest can be involved in. How do I add a Poll to like this?

When you create a new Poll it will auto show on the wall stream http://prntscr.com/vq64zm
A user must be logged in to Vote in a poll.
So then I cannot create a poll that visitors can vote on, or is that possible?

No, Only Logged in user are allowed to vote.
