Logo suddenly starts moving to the middle | JA Resort

I have no idea why, but under Microsoft Edge the Logo shows in the middle of the page and screws up the whole Menu...

When I was developing the site with Opera, everything was fine, the logo was perfectly on the left, where I wanted it and the Menu was perfectly laid out next to it...

Now that I moved the site from the dev sub-domain to the main domain, in Ooera it still shows properly, but in Edge the logo moves to the middle...

I attach two screenshot with the different layots

ANy chance somebody can help me out and figure out how to stop this from happening?

Hi Heiko,

By default, the logo shows in the center of main menu, did you customize something to put it into the left?

No, did not customize anything .. that's how it looked after installing the Quickstart and that is exactly as we like it, on the left and nicely laid out menu ...

saguaros Well I don't know what to answer to this, the only change I made is replace the logo and change the colors... Kinda lost now..

saguaros pretty simple, I would like that it shows in every browser and at any resolution high or lower looks the same way as in my original Screenshot for Opera, with the logo on the left and the menu properly laid out and not half hidden and disappeared...

Hi Heiko,

You can copy this file: /templates/ja_resort/js/template.js

paste into: /templates/ja_resort/local/js/ (if this 'local' folder doesn't exist now, just create it)

Open the copied file: /templates/ja_resort/local/js/template.js

Comment / remove 2 lines of code 69-70:

$('.t4-megamenu > .nav > li').eq(numChild - 1).after($('.logo-wrap a'));
$('.logo-wrap').hide();

I always see that the logo start from the left side now, could you clear browser's cache?

saguaros Yeah, it seems it is not moving into the middle anymore, however now it does not show at all a some resolutions / screen or window sizes... see attachments

shows no logo just blank space at full resolution and full-screen browser

shows properly at full resolution but not just full screen

and it removes the logo completely at an in-between Browser size ...

All in all rather more issues then solutions it seems.

Add this code in custom css

@media(min-width:992px) {.logo-image{min-width:100px;}.t4-megamenu .navbar-nav>li>a, .t4-megamenu .navbar-nav>li>.nav-link {padding-right: 14px; padding-left: 14px;}}

it will add width for the logo and reduce the gap between menu items so logo has space to show.
Clear Joomla and browser cache after saving the code in custom css .
