Unable to access Page Builder Pro capability

Hi, I have just installed the Joomlart Page Builder on my site. When I try to create a page it only shows the 'content' section to edit (no header or footer) andwhen I try to Login to Joomlart to display the blocks available it responds that my username or password are invalid. I've discussed nwith the support desk who confirm that the login details are valid and they suggest raising the ticket.
I'm clearly doing something wrong but would appreciate some guidance on how to fix it!

Would you mind sharing me your JoomlArt's account?

I just tried to log into JA Builder on your site with my own account and it worked normally. It means that the functions of JA Builder is still fine.

Happy to share my account details with you - is there a way to do that privately rather than on the forum - or won't they be displayed as part of a response anyway

Hi, I've updated the site url field to include my Joomlart details.
Feel free to create a new page on the site using some of the pro features as its still an early development. (I'll have to delete thr "base" page anyway as its a bit of a mess so no trouble to delete a second. You'll notice that I wasn't offered the option to add content to the header of footer sections either!!)

Hi again, Strangely it seems I can log in to the member area of the Joomlart site with no difficulty using the password as I've sent to you - when I try to use those same login details to enable me to access the Pro features - or to confirm the same password when I try to "Download Personal Data" from the member area then I get a "Password is incorrect message" so I'm guessing that there is some corruption in the login details somewhere rather than in the JA Builder component - hopefully that will help direct the ticket in the right direction.

When I try to change my password I'm told my account is locked!!
