In case you purchased at Gavick prior to October 2017, you can get explanation regarding the Lifetime membership at : https://www.joomlart.com/joomlart-gavick . Note that all user accounts were terminated by Gavick before handing over operations to JoomlArt.
If you had Lifetime membership then you can provide us screenshot of your old Gavick purchase receipt, we will restore access accordingly. You can send screenshot or forward the membership receipt to this email support@joomlart.com .
