Hi I have 3 questions for wp site
1) i updated vertex by copying with ftp files as described here http://www.shape5.com/tutorials/wordpress/s5_flexmenu_guide_wp.pdf.
how can check if i have the latest version
2) submenu in mozilla looks like in bellow link.(in chrome the submenu looks correct)

Hi laz18345,
1/ You can check the version from Dashboard > Appearance > Theme and click the theme that you activating.
2/ I have checked your site on our browser and see that the menu still look good now, you can let me know detail about this issue and provide the username & password of your site for further checking.

the site is not stable.
I noticed it is loading very slowly now.
1) submenu problem
in both chome (incognito) and mozilla the submenu shows as in link http://prnt.sc/vz9njp
2)you can check the version from Dashboard > Appearance > Theme
here i can see the THEME VERSION. I need to check the Vertex version -I have updated by copying files but I do not see the theme options. I am not sure if the theme working properly.
3) If I have not theme options i cannot change the column width.

Hi laz18345,
I have checked and see that the theme does not compatible with wordpress latest version. In this case, you can download the WP 5.3 here: https://wordpress.org/download/releases/
Then override all the file exclude wp-content folder.
I sent and notified to our technical team about this issue, we will check about it.
