I have php 7.4
i have disabled all plugins but i do not S5 Theme Options
can you check it from backend ?

I have changed the password because the site was down.
1)Have you found any solution to previous problems ?
2) I did a new clean installation (using quickstart with same theme -business line).
can you guide me witch files directories i need to copy from previous installation ?
Are there a method to copy at once all widgets from previous installation ?

I'm not sure if this will help, but I had the same problem a couple months ago. I couldn't see the S5 Theme Options in the backend of Wordpress.
So I took Dominic's advice and I updated:
1. Vertex to latest version;
2. My template to the latest version;
3. Then php from v5.6.31 to v7.3.
Now I can see the Theme Options under Appearance in the backend. Hope this helps in some way.

1) Now I have WP 5.1 PHP 7.3.25 and everythink is OK except drop down menu in mozilla. Will this work with WP 5.6 ?

At the moment, the theme conflicting with the library Jiquery of WP 5.6 and the Menu and slide show won't work with the latest version. Please don't update the WP version in this time. I sent and notified to our technical team about this issue, we will check and fix it.
