Updating Joomla and JA Teline V

Hi, I have a problem. I need to upgrade my site from Joomla 3.8.x to 3.9. I have already experienced that if I update the site to 3.9 the JA Teline V template is not working. I renewed my membership and saw that there are two files available: ja-teline-v.zip and ja-teline-v-template_1.2.2.zip. Which of the two files do I need? How should I proceed? Should I upload the files overwriting the old ones? Or what should I do?
Another question: should I first update Joomla or JA Teline V?
Is there a tutorial to help me with this major update?

You need to use latest version of template 1.2.2 that is template.
Also update all other extensions if they are outdated : http://prntscr.com/vzfwxm

You can use JA Extension manager to upgrade the templates and extension of Joomlart.

Please take a full backup of site before upgrading them.

Thanks for the answer, pankaj.

But, how should I proceed to update the template? Should I overwrite? Do I need to install the new template? do i need to uninstall the old version? Help me cause I'm afraid of doing trouble ;-)

Ok, I installed the JA Extensions Manager, changed the Service Manager to JoomlArt Updates and logged in.
But when in Extensions Manager> Templates when I click on "Check Update" I see the message:

"Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Sorry, this extension is invalid, unpublished or no longer supported: listlist_j16.
Please update the service setting or contact with service provider."

How can I solve the problem?

First you need to configure the JA Extension manager : https://www.joomlart.com/update-steps
To update via JAEM.
You can also update the template directly download the latest version and install it on your site.
Make sure to take a full backup of site. Update template will override the previous template files.
