I hate toggle-report box

Hello,
I am having a problem with your toggle box within reports.
I don't know what you all are attempting to accomplish by having the box full screen. It is quit annoying.
And, interfears with viewing stats.

? How can i disable the pop-up?

I submitted your request for the toggle editor box full width issue to development team for checking the options to make it smaller by default in upcoming updates.

It may take some time as the default view of editor loads in this style
you can add this code at the end of template.css file to hide the editor box
