Package order and color scheme

1. I would like to change the order of the package for advertisers.
How can I do this?

I would like to change the color scheme so it actually goes with my website.
How do I do this?

Please state the file, the file's location, and any elements that require changing.

You can change the order from backend > http://prntscr.com/w07b50 Drag and move up down the packages.
To change the color of elements you can use inspect element tool from browser to check the style code and override in the core file or in your template custom css http://prntscr.com/w07bmx

In your video i can not see the order has been changed on the backend, you must drag and drop the package and it will work fine.

I cannot drag and drop. That functionality does not exist in my system.
I can drag and drop modules, menu items... etc. -- just not yours comp.
