We have been using the Teline IV template for almost 10 years, Just have migrated from T2 to T3, the new Teline IV. We like it, it worked good for many many years.

The JA News Pro module (with the linear layout) worked fine on the first Teline IV. It is very nice on the upgraded new homepage (with Teline IV T3), but the links on its subcategories (we use K2 not Joomla articles) never worked after installation, neither the arrows to scroll the categories horizontally. We thought, that the new K2 (v2 10.3) could cause the issue and has not cared too much, since the page is nice itself, why should anyone click on some links.
But...
It happened, that we deployed the JBcookies module to handle the GDPR issue. Surprise! Until we have not accepted the use of cookies by clicking on the module button, the JA News Pro module functions were live and vivid, all of them worked perfectly.
The bad thing is, that many visitor will accept the cookies, so the JA News Pro functions will ccease to work again.

Is there anything we can do, to make the JA News Pro module to work permanently? This incident with the GDPR module indicated, that the situation is not without hope.
In the footer, there is a "delete cookies" button to test the phenomena, but we need a final solution.

Any helps or hints are highly appreciated. The usual practices have all been done (reinstalled the modules, set the plugins inactive one by one, etc.) without any succes.

    Hi,

Actually, yes. Until we do not navigate away from the page, it works. If you accept the cookie policies on any other page, and navigate to the main page, they will cease to work.

That measa, that anyone, who arrives to our website to any other pages than the main page, and accept the cookie policy, will experience a malfunction on the main/opening page of the site.

In another world: if no cookie policies installed, the modul does not work at all, not for a second. It has not worked earlier at all. The reason, we discovered that the modul is not dead with the new K2, was the installation of the mentioned GDPR modul. Anyway, the JA News Pro subcategory functions does not work at all.
