Documentation for the home page modules missing?

I am going though the documentation of the GK Folio template and the modules for the home page are not shown in the manual configuration section, there is an introductory sentence that says "With these sections, you will be able to accurately match the demo layout. Now on to the modules! " and then jumps to the documentation of the next section without going into the modules information, where can I find this information?

At this point I am only getting the text to appear without pictures, I have no modules published in the home page and I wondering if that is required to get the images to show.

Hi Hector,

When you hover article title on homepage, it will show intro image of each article, I guess, you don't set the intro image for articles on your site now so there is nothing show there:

Thanks for the reply, I do have the intro images pointing to some images I have on the site, I am wondering if there's a specific size for that image.

As I can see that there are JS conflict on homepage of your site, do you have any 3rd party extension installed on your site, pls try to temporarily disable it first and see how it goes.

saguaros I do not have any 3rd party extensions yet, just the core joomla files and the template, in this site I have not even installed Akeeba which is the first 3rd party extension I usually install. Also, the Ionicons font does not load on my site even though I used the configuration from the documentation, wondering if those two errors are somehow related.

saguaros I disabled the "JavaScript compression" on the template settings and I now can see the images. The icons are still not working, let me know where I can email you the login details so you can login.

One last thing, there used to be a "typography" page for each template, I don't see that in any recent released templates, where can I find the typography elements that I can use with this template?

Hi,

I checked your site and the Ionicons don't load when enabling compression in template settings. I added this file 'ionicons.min.css' into the exclusion option and it's working fine now.

saguaros I just want to know what icons I can use in the body of the article and also hoy to get the social icons to have a link to FB and IG.
