How to set themes across the template

Hi Guys,

I used the Morgan template for www.jamesrweston.com I love the grey colours and style on the home page. Can I continue the colours through the rest of the pages as for some reason i seem to be having a blue theme across the top of the rest of the site.

On Homepage there is no topbar otherwise it also blue.
Open template folder /css/custom.css file and add this code
Change the color code as per needs

.t3-topbar {
    background: #1b3060;
    color: rgba(255,255,255,0.5);
}

Hi Ninja many thanks for your response. I tried adding the code but it was showing a yellow triangle error for the a in rgba so i changed it to
.t3-topbar {
background: #1b3060;
color: rgb(128,128,128)

	But is has not worked. Any suggestins. Regards Jim
